Here you will find the rental income accounting statements with all the lease contracts and riders, the management accounts with all of the invoices and scanned supporting documents, a very useful summary of the main details about your investment, a full set of the annual accounts and management reports over 5 years, plans of the building along with photographs and plenty more! All of this is very easy to access and use.
